My blog

I can honestly say that when we were looking at ideas of how to get people information about our awesome studio and programs a blog was not my first idea. But after some thought I came to the conclusion that it is a great opportunity to answer questions that I get on a weekly basis about training for sport, training for health, nutrition and pretty much anything that comes up.

Now just to let you know, I am not a doctor, I'm not a nutritionist and I would never say I am a rocket scientist. I am a certified trainer who has been working with clients for over a decade. But more importantly strength and more recently conditioning training is an obsessive hobby of mine.

I have a more down to earth understanding then most trainers of the obstacles my clients have. I too am a parent, own a demanding business and have been gifted with a body that needs constant maintenance.

I am excited about posting my ideas and helping you guys sort through the bull that we are constantly given about fitness.
